This website is operated by Kamino One Health ("Kamino", "we"), a healthcare venture based in Sri Lanka currently completing company registration. It is provided for information only.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. No services are being offered through this website

• This website describes Kamino Care, a home nursing service that Kamino is building. It does not offer, sell, or provide any healthcare service.
• Kamino Care is preparing to launch and is not currently available for booking.
• Kamino Care will launch only after obtaining the registrations, licences, and regulatory approvals required in Sri Lanka.
• Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and using this site does not create any service agreement between you and Kamino.

3. Not medical advice — and not an emergency service

• Information on this website is general information about our planned services. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical practitioner about any health condition.
• Kamino Care is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency call 1990 (Suwa Seriya) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

4. Joining our waitlist or contacting us

• If you give us your contact details, you are asking us to contact you about our launch. You are not signing up for a service, and no charge arises.
• You may ask us to remove your details at any time — see our Privacy Notice.
• Please provide accurate details, and only provide someone else's details if they have agreed.
• Do not send us health or medical information through this website or by email. We are not set up to receive it at this stage.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep this website accurate, but we give no guarantee that everything on it is complete or current. Service descriptions, timelines, and launch plans may change. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Kamino name, the Kamino Care brand name, logos, designs, text, and graphics on this site belong to Kamino One Health and are protected by law. You may view and share the content, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand names or logos without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to this website; scrape or harvest data from it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent any association with Kamino.

8. Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, including our patient and nurse portals. We are not responsible for the content of any external site.

9. Limits on our responsibility

• This website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this website.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
